Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, selected inquiry category, and message. Depending on your selection, it may also collect your business or organization name, website link, existing assets, budget, preferred timing, and an existing project reference for support requests. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.
How we use your information
We use your information to understand your request, assess service and budget fit, and respond where appropriate. Service and budget selections may be used to route an inquiry for review or provide automated starting-price guidance. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a reply, a booking, or acceptance of a project. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Service providers and disclosure
Hostinger hosts this website. Resend delivers inquiry emails to our business address, which forwards them to our Gmail inbox provided by Google. When enabled, Baserow processes inquiry-tracking records. If you follow our consultation booking link, TidyCal and its connected payment provider process the information you enter there under their own privacy policies; this website does not collect payment-card details. These providers process information as needed to supply their services. We may disclose information when required by law or as necessary to protect legal rights and website security.
Service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.
Technical information and tracking
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to operate and secure their services. The website uses IP-based rate limiting to help prevent form abuse.
We have not enabled analytics tools or advertising pixels on this website. The website application does not use tracking cookies.
How long we keep information
Inquiries may be sent by email and remain in our inbox and service-provider systems. When our inquiry-tracking connection is enabled, we also store inquiry details and their review status in Baserow to organize requests and follow-up. Requests below our stated starting budgets may receive automated guidance without being forwarded by email. If tracking is unavailable, the form tells you when your request has not been submitted.
For inquiries that do not become client work, our retention policy is to delete inquiry correspondence from our inbox and any inquiry-tracking records within 12 months of the last communication. Correspondence related to client work may be retained longer as needed to provide services, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Service-provider logs and backups follow those providers’ retention practices. Deletion from our inbox and inquiry-tracking records is handled periodically, rather than automatically by this website.
